Unfortunately, we had to use Kingsley twice. My mom had a sump pump failure and then a power outage which resulted in water in the basement. Kingsley was quick to respond and helped make a frustrating situation better. **If you don't have a generator, get a battery powered, back-up sump pump. I wish someone would have recommended that from the beginning.

Kingsley was so kind and helpful! I came home to water coming up between my floor boards in the kitchen. He came that same night at 8pm and started working to dry out my floors. He was extremely communicative about the process and efficient in his work. I would highly recommend him
